The CMA CGM Group, a global player in sea, land, air, and logistics solutions, has announced the acquisition of Freightliner in the United Kingdom. The deal includes Freightliner’s rail and road operations, inland terminals, as well as the brand itself. The transaction is expected to close in early 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
